disappointing shower experience
warm room warm hotel jammed temperature control dangerously hot
the hotel was warm and the rooms were too.
the shower's temperature control was jammed and stuck on hot so it was dangerously hot i skipped it entirely i was frustrated by this issue.

bathroom mold unfriendly staff
the receptionist was very quick and efficient during check-in. it was acceptable.
the bathroom had some mold all around the shower. some of the morning staff were unfriendly. breakfast was a total waste of time, and there were crumbs everywhere.

warm welcome excellent breakfast ample space convenient location
the staff welcomed me so warmly it was like home the breakfast offered excellent choices and filled me up perfectly for the day the room provided ample space to relax and unwind after my travels i found the location convenient being so close to transportation links. the bed felt perfectly comfortable after a long day.
the street outside proved slightly noisy early in the morning which gently roused me earlier than planned

the hotel is near the railway station it offers easy access to the town centre many shops and restaurants are within walking distance i found the location helped me explore the local area very easily.

dusty room hot water
The staff was very pleasant. I found the breakfast to be quite good.
The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust everywhere. The bathroom had issues with the shower, delivering only hot water at times. The street outside was noisy, and I couldn't keep the windows open at night because of this.

dirty carpet lacking cleanliness
I find the cleanliness lacking. The carpet felt terrible, and I could see stuff in drawers. The cleaners seem not to clean the new vinyl in the shower room very well. I really wanted a better experience there.
